As a girl who is obsessed ~with good taste~ Copenhagen is the epitome. Impeccable design and style are everywhere. This summer was my second time visiting, and I can confidently say it’s one of my favorite cities in the world.

The style here doesn’t feel performative. It’s effortless, clean, minimal, and thoughtful, but somehow still cozy and inviting. The tiniest details feel intentional. It’s one of the most inspiring cities to be in, and every time I come back, I look for ways to implement the design into my life at home. Fair warning* after visiting, you’ll probably want to move…

July — the sun peaked out, but it was cloudy and in the 60s the majority

I’ve been both now in both summer and winter. Both are magical in their own way. I think winter was my preference — it’s cozy, and since the weather is not ideal most of the year, there isn’t a lack of things to do when it’s misbehaving.

November! The Christmas markets are a must-visit; everything is decorated to perfection. *fair warning, sunset’s at 3 pm…

stays

We stayed in one of my favorite Airbnbs I’ve been to, which I talk about in my Airbnb guide here. Location is important because you will be doing a lot of walking (don’t attempt to bike if you haven’t biked here before). I’ve found that Airbnb is the cheapest way to go for stays (CPH can be extremely pricey!!)
